Annette’s work deals with site-specificity and metamorphoses through durational performance pieces that are stark and clean in their design and conception. She develops her visuals and concepts utilizing natural materials, found objects and specifically discarded items. These objects are part of her balance between action and installation in which the body is transformed via a performance.
Her work has been widely published in a variety of catalogues, science magazines, educational publications and popular media.
